Notice the use of the child seat belt adjuster attached to the wall of the vehicle.
The shoulder belt should come across the breast bone and the middle of the shoulder. It should not cut across the child's neck. Sometimes when the belt cuts at the child's neck they have a tendency to try to duck under the shoulder belt. Don't let them do this because if they were to be in a wreck they would not have any upper body support. If you viewed the GM video you would have seen this.
