CONVENTION INFORMATION

Spartanburg Beckons

The convention will be held at the Spartanburg Marriott, and our District leadership team is planning a weekend of informative workshops, as well as lots of fun and fellowship opportunities. Our annual House of Delegates session will be held on Saturday afternoon where we will conduct the important business of the District. This year we will be voting on a number of amendments, which you will find in the Amendments booklet. We also will have Divisional caucuses for the election of Lt. Governors and Lt. Governors Elect. In addition, there will be elections for Trustee in Regions 2, 4, and 9 during your Regional caucuses.

I encourage each club to attend and participate in our District Convention. In addition, we will be recognizing all Club Presidents and President-Elects at our opening session on Friday evening, and we would like your club to be represented!

I hope you are having an enjoyable summer, and I look forward to seeing you in Spartanburg!
